This website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When the website is accessed, Cloudflare processes technically required connection data, in particular the IP address, access time, requested resource and referrer. This also includes browser and system information. This processing is necessary for the legitimate interest in providing the website securely and reliably under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Cloudflare processes this data as a processor under the Cloudflare Customer Data Processing Addendum (DPA). Cloudflare may also process data in the United States and other third countries. The DPA identifies the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses under Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 as transfer mechanisms. If you contact us by email, we process the sender address and message content, along with the time and technically required metadata to handle your request and any follow-up. Email is provided by OVH GmbH, Oskar Jäger Straße 173/K6, 50825 Cologne, Germany, acting as a processor. OVH processes the connection, account, message and log data required for email transmission and delivery, as well as storage. Messages are retained only for as long as required to handle and document the request or to meet statutory retention duties. This version uses no trackers for analytics, marketing or social media. It sets no tracking cookies of its own and loads no fonts, videos or scripts from other providers. A connection to an external site is made only when you deliberately select a link.

Personal data is not sold. Access is limited to us and the processors identified above insofar as this is required to operate and secure the website or provide email communication.

We do not create our own usage profiles when the website is merely accessed. Technically required connection data and email are erased or anonymised when their respective purpose ends and no statutory retention duty requires continued storage. The contractual deletion and retention rules of the processors also apply.

Transmission is encrypted using HTTPS. We do not use automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
